Originally known as Shinshin Kaizen Usui Reiki Ryoho (Usui Reiki treatment method to improve body and mind), this method was established in 1922 by Mikao Usui. It is a comprehensive healing art designed to harmonize the body and mind. Whether used for physical recovery, mental clarity, habit correction, or distance healing, it remains as effective today as it was when it was widely practiced throughout pre-war Japan.

Who need Reiki?
